Washed Process or Wet Process, From Mas Black Coffee Purbalinggaa, there are two methods used to process coffee cherries. Full washed Process, a wet process, on robusta coffee cherries that have been sorted and peeled using a pulper machine or other tools. After the robusta coffee beans are peeled, the skin is left, soaked in clean water from 12 hours to 34 hours depending on cleanliness. mucus that sticks to the coffee beans. During immersion the water is changed one to three times until the Robusta coffee beans in the immersion are completely clean and the water looks clear. After that, robusta coffee beans can be dried in the sun to a moisture content of 10-12% dry for storage.

Semi Washed Process, Is a process termed wet milling. This process is not much different from being completely washed. However, this process involves two drying times.
