1. Natural Process (Dry Process)

Is the process of drying coffee cherries naturally. Natural processes themselves have been used since ancient times until now. Usually the method of drying whole coffee cherries which are still round and their skins directly in the sun, takes a little longer. because the coffee cherries must often be turned back and forth to get an even, full sun. Its function is to prevent spoilage in coffee cherries.


2. Process Honey Miel

3. Process Full Washed

Is a wet process, the coffee cherries that have been sorted are peeled using a pulper machine or other tools. After the peeled coffee beans are soaked in clean water for from 12 hours to 34 hours depending on the cleanliness of the mucus attached to the coffee beans. During immersion the water is changed 1 to 3 times until the coffee beans in the soak are clean. and the water looks clear. After that the coffee beans are dried in the sun to a moisture content of 10-12% dry for storage.


4. Process Semi Washed

Is a process that is termed wet milling. This process is not much different from fully washed. however this process involves two times drying. After sorting, the coffee cherries are first peeled and dried in the sun to a humidity of 30-35%. then peeled again from the epidermis to form a clean green coffee bean, and dried again to 11-12% humidity in dry conditions for storage.
